Returns:
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
